i guess everyone will be blogging it but ima be the first one to do so.
SCHOOL CAUGHT FIRE TODAY.
it happened during english remedial. while everyone is spamming songs from their phones and mp3 players, the annoucement came.
"all staff and pupils please leave the school now"
everyone was quiet for a second. i guessed Miss Junaidah wanted to dismiss it as a false alarm.
then came another annoucement. everyone cheered.
we all packed quickly and i stopped my english writing about bitches.
we all peeked out and everyone scrambling out.
we all decided to do the same. andrew said "i too young to die" and he threw his empty packet of chips to the floor while racing down the stairs.
funny shit. but i never expected this day to come while im still in this school.
suddenly, all the fire drills seemed to make sense.
miss daliah and other teachers guided out us of the school.
i was surprised by their efficiency.
when we reached the first floor. we all smelt smoke, it doesnt smell like normal smoke. it smelt like that kind where u'll get from burning plastic bags.
electrical fire i guess.
IT lab 1 seemed to be the cause.
aye. that's all for now.
